This will depend on a few factors:
An eSIM can only be actively used on 1 device at a time.
There's a possibility that you can transfer your eSIM to another device, but this is going to be device dependent.
You can use this guide to check if your device support eSIM transfers.
If there's not an option to transfer your eSIM, you will need to get an eSIM replacement to install the eSIM on your new device. You can see instructions on how to do that here.
