How to see perk/subscription details

This page will go over how you can see specifics of your Gigs Travel eSIM perk, including how you can see your remaining data and your subscription ID.

When reaching out to support, it's very important that you provide your correct subscription ID. This allows support to do the following:

  1. Identify your account

  2. Aid in troubleshooting your issue

  3. Issue eSIM replacements to the correct account

You can locate your subscription ID within the Wealthsimple app by clicking on your Gigs Travel eSIM perk:

Once you're within the perk, you will be able to see the following information:

  • Your milestone

  • The reward you claimed

  • Your remaining data

  • Your subscription ID

  • Your rewards status

You will want to copy the subscription ID exactly as it appears in your app.
